About Our Company

Founded by Robert Waddell and Richard Nicholson in 1971, Custom Printed Products began as Custom Labels Inc., a small-town specialty labels shop in the back of a transmission garage. Custom Printed Products has since grown from those two employees to more than 100 full-time employees in offices located in Bossier City, LA, and Edinburg, VA. Our dedicated CPP team members have an average of 15 tenured years of experience serving printing, labeling, and packaging needs for both small and large clients across the nation, while our management team has a combined total of 180 years in the printing industry.

We at CPP take our role in your product very seriously, and we understand excellence is expected. CPP's Documented Quality Management System ensures your product is delivered with first-class customer and technical service. Using integrity and expertise, CPP guarantees satisfaction.

In order to offer our clients the best service possible, we are continually expanding our technological capabilities and reviewing our processes. As we grow and increase our professional knowledge, we are learning that as the world's resources are being redefined, it's important for our industry to recognize certain environmental factors we can positively affect.
